If you're not sure whether you believe in fate, just ask Brittany Schreiber.
Brittany visited the plaza many moons ago, when she was just 9 years old and visiting New York with her family. She got a special hello from Al (on account of being from Cleveland), and told her mother she would work for TODAY one day.
Lo and behold, 14 years later, Brittany is a researcher for the fourth hour.
"But here's the question," said KLG. "Is it still your dream?"
Brittany said it was. But it wasn't all the universe's doing -- KLG and Hoda said that she is utterly indispensable and that they couldn't live without her.
So apparently the secret to finding your dream job is a combination of hard work, determination, and a sprinkle of Roker fairy dust.
Today's Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb chat about the hottest topics of the day, including a new study showing more men want the ladies to pay up on the first date, and the new trend of tipping waiters 25 to 30 percent.
